I have created a drawing workshop that will work for children or adults.  I customize it to suit either.  It teaches the student to see.  I have had great results with these. 

In the one that I use for the children I use things specifically to them.  I can focus on objects, animals, buildings, or people.  Or I can do all in one workshop,   I have had teachers who have been in the classroom with the kids say that they had learned so much that it helped them.   It seems there is a void of teaching drawing out there.  This is where the kids get the confidence needed to do art.  I have been around so many kids who say that they can't do art.  They can if someone shows them the skills and rules just like math and science.  From there they can make their own creations.

The adult workshop also creates confidence.  It teaches them to see how to get a three dimensional object  on a two dimensional surface.  I can customize this to focus on portraits or drawing in general.  I cover shading and reflection of light.  I have an ability to communicate in simple ways the how and why it is done.  I have taught Master of Fine art graduates because they didn't get it in college.   

I also have a workshop that includes a medium a day.  It is a way for people to try other mediums.  In it we do pencil, pastels, oils, acrylics, and watercolors.
